All items in our shop are handmade with care, and many are made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

- Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party couriers.
